Sustainable Design...
Fully Integrated Environmental Design is not new to our firm - it's a process we have embraced since the firm was founded. From experience we know that an integrated design team needs a strong leader to be successful. Not a dictator, but leaders skilled at eliciting the best and timely efforts from the team members. We are that leader!
As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, our most recent successful experiences are leading Integrated Design Teams with for the Ellicott Middle School and the Sanford PK-12 School (slated to be LEED Gold Certified). As we have stated before, this is a proven part of EACH of our projects. We firmly believe that a successful project is more than just great design, meeting the budget and the schedule - it's about a building that works. The key is constant communication. It's regularly scheduled meetings. It's prompt conference records. It's verifying that everyone always know what's going on.
